However, due to possible contact between the TurboSwing and the motor, we do not recommend moving down in size. Is the TurboSwing suitable for all brands of outboard motors?

Yes, our TurboSwing Bar is suitable for all brands of engines. The TurboSwing holders fit exactly on the motor bracket and will be, together with the motor, mounted on the transom using the same bolts. The holders are universal, therefore the holes in the holders match the holes in the motor bracket. All motors have the same brackets.
