The Boating BLTA

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Mayo or Garlic Aioli
  • Bacon
  • Heirloom Tomato
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Add mayo or garlic aioli to each slice of sourdough bread
  2. Add thick cut crispy bacon to the bread
  3. Layer on half a sliced avocado
  4. Place sliced heirloom tomato on the bacon
  5. Enjoy!

Note: Pat dry tomato slices before adding to the sandwich to prevent the sandwich from becoming too messy


Smoked Salmon Cucumber Roll

Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Cream Cheese
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to make thin long slices of cucumber
  2. Lay the thinly sliced cucumber vertically next to each other. (About 6 slices)
  3. Pat the cucumber slices dry
  4. Spread cream cheese on the cucumbers
  5. Pull apart smoked salmon and lightly spread on the cream cheese
  6. Sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning
  7. Roll the cucumber slices into themselves
  8. Cut the roll into 4 pieces and enjoy

Note: You can substitute the cucumber slices for a wrap!


Turbo’s Turkey Pesto Wrap

Ingredients

  • Wrap
  • Sliced provolone cheese
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Cooked bacon
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pesto
  • Mayo
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add Pesto, Mayo, Salt, and Pepper to the wrap
  2. Layer on sliced provolone cheese
  3. Add sliced turkey breast
  4. Cook 2 pieces of bacon to you liking and add to the wrap
  5. Slice 1 tomato and place on the wrap
  6. Sprinkle on shredded lettuce
  7. Roll into a wrap

Note: You can substitute the wrap for sourdough bread or a bagel!


Turkey on the Tahoe

Ingredients

  • Your choice of bread
  • Mayo
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Muenster Cheese
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Sliced Avocado

Instructions

  1. Add mayo to each slice of bread
  2. Layer on sliced turkey breast, muenster cheese, sliced tomato, and sliced avocado
  3. Enjoy!

Sailor's Superfood Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked and cooled quinoa
  • 1 can of washed chickpeas
  • ½ red onion diced
  • Chopped grape tomatoes
  • 5oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons Agave
  • 3 tablespoons Mayo

Instructions

  1. Add mayo, agave, and sriracha to the bottom of a large bowl and whisk.
  2. Add in remainder of ingredients into the same bowl
  3. Toss and enjoy!

Kale and Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Pine nuts
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon, salt, and pepper to the bottom of a large salad bowl and whisk
  2. In a separate bowl massage your kale with olive oil until softened. Add to the bowl with dressing
  3. Dice 1 sweet potato and bake with oil until tender. Once cooled, add to the bowl
  4. Dice a bell pepper, an avocado, and a tomato and add to the bowl
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
  6. Toss and enjoy!
